Shipping policy
Returns
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at drninapais@gmail.com and send your item to: 189, 1st Cross, Promenade Road, Frazer town,, Bangalore, Karnataka 560005.
Shipping Policy
Our products are freshly prepared so it make take longer to ship.
All orders are formulated by us and may take up to 5 days for processing and packaging. We try our best to see that our products reach you in the shortest time possible.
Once the orders are shipped, it may take 5-7 working days, as per our courier partner timelines.
We have partnered with multiple reputed courier partners to assist in safe, fast and secure packaging and dispatching of our products
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1500 after discount. For orders upto ₹1500, we charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹150.
We ship PAN India.
We currently accept only prepaid orders.

Damages
For products damaged during transit please raise a concern within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please make sure to save all packaging materials and goods to file a complaint. Please note that we are not responsible for damages after delivery.

Our service is currently limited to India only.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ennelle Skin & Hair Co.,189, 1st Cross, Promenade Road, Frazer town, Bangalore. Karnataka 560005. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
